The Sigma Pi Educational Foundation, [sister organization to the Mu Chapter Educational Foundation] offers a variety of scholarship for undergraduate and graduate studies to help our members remain competitive in school and the Greek community.

Sigma Pi International Educational Foundation Scholarships

The Sigma Pi International Educational Foundation seeks to recognize undergraduate and graduate brothers who have maintained strong academic performance, shown exceptional values-based leadership and who demonstrate a financial need. These scholarships recognize recipients for their efforts and hard work as both leaders and scholars on their campus, in their community and in their personal lives.
The Sigma Pi International Educational Foundation is pleased to offer a variety of scholarships ranging from $250 – $1,000 toward educational expenses. The generous contributions of alumni and friends to the various funds and the unrestricted Annual Fund make these awards possible.
The Jack C. Fields Scholarship Fund will award a scholarship(s) to an active full-time member(s) in good standing of the Sigma Pi Fraternity. This award will recognize the person(s) who most exemplifies the ideals of Sigma Pi through leadership and service through involvement in leadership activities on campus (any university or college).
Cletus Broecker Award is given in recognition of the undergraduate whose efforts have provided the greatest contribution to a philanthropy and/or community-service project sponsored by the chapter or another organization.
Harold Jacobsen Award is presented in recognition of the outstanding leadership an undergraduate brother provides on campus at his college or university
Michael Carey Award is presented in recognition of the outstanding leadership of an undergraduate brother within the chapter.
Guy β€œRed” Mackey Outstanding Sportsman Award is given as merited in recognition of a brother who has made outstanding contributions in the field of athletics.
Laverne Marie Rovira Legacy Scholarship is awarded to a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity (or a family member of a Sigma Pi brother) who resides in or is originally from the States of California or Louisiana and enrolled as a full-time student in an institute of higher learning. Based on academics – cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher and exemplifies good citizenship and leadership qualities.
Clifford Wilke is awarded to an outstanding Sigma Pi undergraduate from or attending college in the State of MO. Undergrad or graduate student demonstrating service and leadership to their chapter.
PGH and HGS Byron R. Lewis (Academic) is awarded biennially at Convocation to an initiated sophomore or junior at the time of application (earned 30-60 semester credit hours or equivalent) member of an active Chapter who has demostrated superior academic achievement. Secondary considerations include chapter, campus and civic activities and leadership.
Cyrus E. Palmer (Leadership) is awarded biennially at Convocation to an initiated sophomore or junior at the time of application (earned 30-60 semester credit hours or equivalent) member of an active Chapter who has demostrated outstanding campus or civic leadership. Secondary considerations include academics, chapter leadership, campus involvement and community service.
Cletus A. Broecker & Richard Barnard Memorial Scholarship (Philanthropy and Community Service) is awarded biennially at Convocation to an initiated sophomore or junior at the time of application (earned 30-60 semester credit hours or equivalent) member of an active Chapter who has demostrated outstanding commitment to philanthropy and/or community service. Secondary considerations include academics, chapter leadership and campus involvement.
MajGen James E. Livingston & Lt George K. Sisler Scholarship (Current and Former Military) is awarded biennially at Convocation to an active initiated undergraduate member of the Fraternity who has demonstrated superior academic achievement. Secondary considerations include chapter, campus and civic activities and leadership. Applicants must be a current member of the National Guard or Reserves or an honorably discharged former active-duty member of any branch of the US or Canadian Armed Forces.
